Agricultural tour in Nepal is a unique package that provides you an exciting and unique opportunity to experience the agricultural aspects of Nepal. From harvesting to crop sorting and preserving, you will be involved in various activities in the farms of rural community. Basically you will be amazed by the traditional faming procedures still prevalent, and you will feel yourself working in a farm some fifty years back. Other activities include ox-drawn ploughs in the farming fields, milking the cows and buffaloes, producing curds, ghee and cheese from the traditional methods of making flours and crushing grains from traditional mills.

Day

Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport.
You will be welcomed by our staff standing with your name-card in the airport arrival terminal and transferred to your Hyatt Regency hotel by the private tourist vehicle. There will be a dinner program in one of the Nepalese restaurants with typical Nepalese cuisine. There will be a small meeting about the trip in the evening.

Day

Morning Mountain Flight and Day Kathmandu Sightseeing.
Today after breakfast you will start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple’ Swayambunath and Buddhists shrine of Bouddhanath which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. Along with it you will visit the medieval palaces of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, these palaces are rich in stone and wood sculptures glorifying the rich artistic history of ancient Nepal.

Day

Fly or Drive to Chitwan.
25 minutes fly to Narayanghat Airport and from there drive to the farming sites. You may also take a drive which will take about 5 hours. Rest of the time you enjoy exploring the place and enjoy the local cultural programs.

Day

Full day work in Farm.
Today, together with other farmers you will involve yourself in farming activities which include crop harvesting, sorting and preserving. You will enjoy the traditional wooden mill for creating flours and stone grinders for crushing grains. You will have your lunch in the farming fields with the workers and enjoy the local menu. You earn a well deserved rest and a good sleep.

Day

Second Day work in agro-farm and animal husbandry.
Today, you will get involved in various activities such as milking cows and buffaloes, making curds and cheese in a traditional way and visit chicken and goat farms. You also enjoy the working of ox-driven ploughs.

Day

Jungle Safari and various activities in Chitwan National Park.
Early in the morning after having breakfast, our adventurous journey kick-starts with the canoeing in the Rapti River, while canoeing we can see two species of Crocodile- Marsh Muggers and Gharial basking in the sun and we will also visit the elephant breeding center. We will also have elephant bath, typical bathing experience in elephants back and shower from its trunk. After lunch we will go for Jungle Safari in the back of elephant where will see Rhino, antelope and other wildlife activities.

Day

Fly of drive to Kathmandu.
After breakfast you will fly to Kathmandu. You will also have a flight which will take about 20 minutes. Evening Farewell dinner in typical Nepali Restaurant with cultural dance show.

Day

Fly to your onward destination.
Global Holidays Adventure's representative will transfer you to Airport for you final departure.
