This is very useful during the morning and evening time. The down jacket must be of good quality; they can be hired or purchase in Kathmandu and around Thamel Bazaar. (If you want to use ).

1 Fleece Jacket/ Sweater: It is better to pack two fleece jacket/sweater; one light weight for the day and one medium weight for the evening while staying in the teahouse/hotel.

1 light weight jacket (Windproof): Windproof light jacket is a must. As, it will be very windy on the trails to Upper Mustang, it is better to pack a windproof jacket. This jacket takes a small space in your luggage but is very useful during the journey.

Fleece pant: Travelers must pack fleece pants to wear during the evening and morning time in the teahouse/hotel. It will keep you warm enough during the cold temperature too. (Should be of good quality)

1 light trouser: You will need a light hiking trouser during the jeep drive and exploration around the villages and monasteries. This will be very useful as it is light weight and will be easy while walking. It will be better if the trousers are water/windproof for better performance.

1 pair of shorts: A pair of shorts is always a good option on a jeep tour. As you have to drive a long way to Upper Mustang and return back, you can wear the pair of shorts during the day time or during the drive. A pair of shorts makes your walk move easier and hassle free.

Excellent service by Global Holidays Adventure
SUDHA MAHALINGA

We are two senior Indian journalists, just back from a 15-day trip to Upper Mustang organized by the ultra-efficient team of Surya in Global Holidays and Adventure. Surya had made excellent arrangements throughout and was solicitous of our requirements throughout the trip. He was unfailingly polite, responsive and responsible. There were some problems with money transfer from India, but he had made all the arrangments without even waiting for any advance remittance from us. The jeep he provided was excellent and could negotiate the unforgiving terrain of Upper Mustang. The flights and hotels were comfortable. I strongly recommend this agency to anyone who would like to travel in Nepal. GHA is a responsible and responsive travel agency.

Twice in Nepal with Global Holidays Adventure.
Mati Regev

Went to The kingdom of Mustang with Surya and his team in 2016, had a great time travelling in 4x4 vehicles. As I said the team were there for us in every aspect of the trip and helped making it a memorable one for us. We decided to do the" frozen lakes of Guisekunda" treck this spring and it was only natural that we turned to Surya who again organized an excellent experience for our group. The porters the guide and Surya himself were there with a smile to help, all the way. Can safely recommend Global and Surya personally for anyone looking to travel or trek in Nepal.

Best choice for 4WD land cruiser drive to Upper Mustang
:DANIEL LIVNA

We are happy that we choose Global Holidays adventure for my overland tour to Mustang. They were very responsible to all of our questions before booking the trip. We had very short time but they offer us customize itinerary. We flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara and next morning to Jomsom then start our journey to Lo-manthang. Surya himself was our guide, he is nice guy and he knows every single corner of Mustang. We were 16 people and company offers 4 Toyota Land cruiser which were very comfortable for off road.
