During the booking process, I dealt only with Samsher. All my emails were answered immediately, courteously, and with all the information I needed. Once I arrived in Kathmandu, I then met Surya, and he was just as helpful, but Samsher continued to be my main contact. 
And he is fantastic! He went above and beyond to take care of every small detail of my trip, and also helped me with things he wouldn't have had to, like getting a Russian visa. I felt totally safe & secure on the Mustang trip knowing that every detail had been taken care of. I had an excellent guide and the best vehicles. We had to change vehicles multiple times because of the roads, and somehow there was always one waiting for us - a great feat of logistics, considering lack of cell phone coverage and remoteness! Global Holidays and Samsher and Surya are totally professional, 100% honest and reliable, and I highly recommend them for any travel you want to do - from a one day trip to extended travel in the Himalayas.
